Jenny Lynn’s Frugal Fashions was created for the frugal shopper. She sells the best fashions from her local thrift shops. The items are new and gently used quality pieces for everyday wear at a fraction of the cost. Her mottos is “You can be fashionably fabulous without spending a fortune”.
